Job Summary
We are seeking a Meeting & Event Producer to handle a wide range of events from planning to operation for various industries. This role involves understanding client needs, negotiating, and leading event success in collaboration with partner companies. The position offers a hybrid work style with primarily remote work based in Tokyo.

Working Hours
Flexible work schedule or a patterned work schedule based on 7.5 hours per day with a 1-hour break. *Standard working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM *Monthly variable work schedule
Job Requirements

* Practical experience in the event industry (approximately 3 years or more)
* Candidates should have an understanding of the entire process from planning to execution of meetings and events, and have experience proactively participating in project progress, from planning proposals and customer service to schedule management, stakeholder coordination, production management, and event operation.

* Strong communication skills to smoothly collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to act proactively and flexibly depending on the situation

* Corporate sales experience in the marketing and communications field, such as event planning and management companies or advertising agencies
* Experience in event production and direction
* Practical marketing experience to understand customer challenges and market trends and translate them into planning proposals
English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary & Benefits
* Expected annual salary: ¥4,000,000 - ¥8,000,000 (Determined based on company regulations, experience, skills, and age)
* Transportation expenses: Fully covered by the company
* Remote work allowance provided (¥3,000 per month)
* Bonus: Twice a year (December, June)
