Job Description
As a hotel front desk staff member, your responsibilities will primarily involve check-in and check-out procedures, as well as handling guest inquiries and cleaning common areas—all aspects of hotel operation. You'll gain experience in a wide range of tasks that support the entire hotel, not just front desk duties, such as answering guest phone inquiries and maintaining hygiene to ensure a pleasant stay. Furthermore, beyond simply completing assigned tasks, it's crucial to anticipate and assist guests who may need assistance, and to think about and implement services that will make them want to stay again.
Working Hours
07:00-08:00 Night Shift: Occasionally required
Average Monthly Overtime: 10 hours or less
Job Requirements

* Ages 35 for inexperienced applicants, up to 50 for experienced applicants

* Must be able to work shifts, including night shifts.
* Must be able to communicate proactively with customers.
* Must be able to communicate with foreign customers without fear of language barriers.
* Foreign nationals are also welcome to apply.
* Foreign nationals must be able to work with a "Technical, Humanities, and International Services" (技人國日) residence status.
* Must be able to communicate in basic Japanese.
* N2 level or higher is ideal (being able to communicate to some extent is acceptable).
English Level: Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2)
