As a general manager, you will oversee our entire engineering team (70 people) and play an active role as a core member of organizational management. [Project example] ■Metaverse platform development (Languages: Unity, C#, Java/Scale: 7 people) ■NFT platform development (Language: Haskell / Scale: 7 people) ■ERP package peripheral system development (Language: Java/Scale: 10 people) ■Travel industry web system development (Language: Java / Scale: 8 people) ■BtoC service web system development (Language: Vue.js / Scale: 8 people) ■Public works system development/operation (Languages: Java, .NET, Node.js / Scale: 8 people) [Working Hours] 9:00-18:00 (actual work 8 hours / break 60 minutes) *Working hours may vary slightly depending on where you work. ★ Overtime is less than 20 hours per month on average for the entire company.
