- Localize HQ security systems to meet Japan-specific regulatory needs
- Establish & maintain local ISMS with group-level governance
- Manage security audits, inspections & regulatory due diligence
- Lead incident response, threat monitoring & risk assessments
- Coordinate with HQ security/compliance teams for cross-border alignment
- Promote security awareness & training across Japan team
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in information security, preferably in finance or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of Japanese security and privacy regulations (FISC, FIEA, APPI, etc.)
- Native-level of Japanese and business-level of English or Korean required
- Hands-on experience managing audits or working with regulatory bodies (e.g., FSA, JSDA)
