Global Product Manager

Job Description ■Overview You will head product management for the overseas market (English-speaking regions) for the company's in-house SaaS platform, which visualizes the "business impact" and "security risks" of generative AI usage. This critical role demands an approach akin to a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)—navigating the intersection of business strategy, product design, engineering, and language to build deep client partnerships and deliver maximum value. You will spearhead a high-stakes launch phase where capturing market share in English-speaking territories is the definitive driver for the company's global business growth. ■Responsibilities Developing product strategies and roadmaps for AI Monitoring for overseas enterprise customers Defining requirements, designing use cases, and providing implementation support (in a FDE-like role) that are integrated into customers’ business workflows Collaborating with the development team to define specifications, set priorities, and manage releases Establishing a product improvement cycle based on customer feedback Identifying local needs in overseas markets (such as India and the U.S.) and incorporating them into the product Facilitating collaboration between global and local teams, including senior management and domestic teams ■Development Environment Programming Languages: Go, TypeScript Frameworks: Go (Clean Architecture / Gin), Next.js, React Testing: Go testing, Jest, Playwright (E2E), Chromatic (visual) Infrastructure & Middleware: AWS (ECS/Fargate, RDS, Cognito, S3, CloudWatch), PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Nginx CI/CD: GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild Tools: GitHub, Teams, Terraform, Terragrunt, AWS CDK, Dependabot AI Tools: GitHub Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude (Claude Code / Cowork) Working Hours 10:00～19:00 Job Requirements ■Required Product management experience with SaaS or B2B products (3+ years) Practical experience in requirements definition, implementation, and negotiations with enterprise customers Technical understanding sufficient to engage in technical discussions with development teams Business-level English proficiency (sufficient to negotiate with overseas customers and teams) ■Preferred Experience in planning and developing products that utilize generative AI and large language models (LLMs) Knowledge in the areas of security, governance, and compliance Experience launching and localizing products for overseas markets Experience working in a “Forward Deployed Engineer” (FDE) capacity, deeply embedded at client sites Knowledge of data analysis and dashboard-based products Ability to communicate in Japanese (a plus for collaborating with domestic teams) ■Ideal Applicants Take the initiative to spearhead new overseas business ventures with a high degree of uncertainty Serve as a bridge between customers, development, and management, connecting business and technology Enjoy the fast pace and hands-on nature of the startup phase Engage deeply with English-speaking customers and design value from a local perspective English Level None Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2) Chinese Level None Holidays Saturday/Sunday/National Holiday Annual Paid Leave New Year Holiday Parental Leave Special Paid Leave Congratulations & Condolence Leave Bereavement Leave Job Contract Period FULLTIME
