Job Summary
Translead Co., Ltd. is seeking a sales representative to help launch its Thai subsidiary and drive business expansion in the local market. The role involves lead generation, executing the sales process, and collaborating with the Customer Success team for upselling. The position offers an opportunity to be an initial member shaping the 0-to-1 growth of 'Translead CRM' in Thailand.

Job Details
■ Job Description
- Lead Generation & Opportunity Creation: Developing prospective customers (local Thai companies) through participation in trade shows, referrals from partners, and outbound activities (telemarketing, direct mail, etc.)
- Sales Process Execution: Conducting the entire process from understanding customer challenges, proposing solutions (Translead CRM), to closing the deal
- Customer Follow-up & Upselling: Collaborating with the Customer Success (CS) team to support post-implementation adoption and provide additional proposals (upselling)
Working Hours
• Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM * Flexible working hours available depending on the time difference with the assigned country/region.
Job Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 2+ years of experience in corporate or individual sales
* Ability to travel within Thailand
* Valid driver's license
* Japanese language proficiency (conversational level or higher)

Salary & Benefits
■ Salary
- Monthly salary: 40,000 THB to 90,000 THB
- Salary increase/bonus: Yes (twice a year)
