This job involves expanding financial services such as money transfers and account management to Thai people living in Japan. As an initial member of a newly formed team, you will handle customer inquiries, event planning, partner collaborations, and social media promotions. Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues for foreign residents

Required Skills
- Thai: Native Speaker
- Japanese: N2 equivalent
- PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Marketing or sales experience is preferred

Job Description
This job involves expanding financial services (money transfers, account management, payments, etc.) to Thai people living in Japan, enabling them to live with peace of mind. As an initial member of a newly formed team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Customer Service: Responding to inquiries from foreign residents in Japan (money transfers, living support, etc.) and resolving their issues.
* Event and Seminar Planning and Management: Planning and holding seminars and campaigns to raise awareness of our services.
* Collaboration with Companies and Financial Institutions: Building relationships with agencies, banks, and other financial institutions to provide better services.
* Social Media and Promotion Activities: Disseminating information on Facebook, Instagram, etc., to spread awareness of our services and expand our fan base.
Working Hours
9:00 AM - 5:45 PM (including a 1-hour break)
Job Requirements
[Required Qualifications]
* Thai: Native Speaker
* Japanese: N2 equivalent
* PC Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook email, etc.
[Preferred Qualifications]
* Marketing experience, experience in corporate sales and proposal development
* Experience working in sales or customer support for international money transfer or financial services companies
* Experience in launching a new department
Salary
JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 2500K - JPY 6000K
Other Salary Description
■Expected Annual Salary: ¥2,800,000 - ¥6,000,000
*Based on the average monthly salary over the past three months.
Holidays
Complete two-day weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays), over 120 days of annual leave, paid leave, year-end and New Year holidays (December 31st to January 3rd) and other days designated by the company
