Reservation Management Staff

Job Description You will be responsible for taking reservations for our hotel, relaxation, and spa facilities. You will handle 200-250 inquiries per day, answering phone calls and entering customer reservation details. *You may receive calls from overseas. In such cases, it would be helpful if you could briefly translate and share the content with our Japanese staff. (Japanese staff will provide support if you have difficulty communicating in Japanese, so it's a supportive environment!) Simple Japanese is sufficient; perfect Japanese is not required. ■ Reservation taking for guests staying at our spas and hotels ■ Management tasks such as shift scheduling ■ Communication with therapists and hotel staff ■ Email and chat tool data entry ■ Once you become familiar with the work, you will also be involved in staff training, meetings with the field staff, and planning improvement measures. In the future, you will take on a full-fledged supervisor role. Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 3000K - JPY 4500K Other Salary Description 【Salary】 ■ After full employment: Monthly salary 273,800 yen Breakdown: Base salary 210,000 yen + Fixed overtime pay 24,200 yen (for 15 hours / any excess is paid separately in full) + Night shift allowance 39,600 yen (for night work) ■ Probationary period (90 days): Hourly wage 1,300 yen Night shift premium of 1,625 yen after 10 PM (Monthly income approximately 247,000 yen for 20 working days per month) 【Employment Type】 Contract employee (Permanent employee promotion system available / many successful cases) *Staff in their 20s to 40s (many women) are currently active!
