Overseas Sales Position

■ Job Description In this position, you will be broadly responsible for planning, creating, selling, and operating tourism experiences for overseas travelers visiting Japan as part of our inbound tourism business, "Trip In." Your mission is not simply to arrange travel, but to deliver "experiences that can only be had in Japan" to the world. ■ Planning and Creating Tourism Experiences and Tours You will plan original tourism experiences and tours for inbound tourists. ・Planning experience content that utilizes Japanese culture and regional resources ・Designing exclusive experiences and opportunities to interact with cultural figures ・Creating schedules and itineraries ・Supporting pricing design and cost management ■ Land Operation and Arrangement You will handle various arrangements and coordination necessary for tour implementation. * Arranging hotels, meals, transportation, guides, etc. * Coordination and project management with relevant parties * Handling problems and proposing improvements Working Hours Flexible working hours Core time First business day of the week: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Other business days: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Job Requirements * Native-level Indonesian * Business-level Japanese * At least one year of negotiation experience in sales or marketing roles * Individuals who want to enhance their personal charm and interpersonal skills * Individuals who want to think and act independently rather than waiting for instructions * Individuals who want to be active on both the Japanese and global stages * Individuals who are serious about personal growth in their 20s * We value attitude and motivation more than experience and skills.
