Data Center Support

Job Description ● You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of foreign tenants located in a foreign-owned data center in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture (reception and customer support, mostly in English). ● You will address various issues that arise during data center use, provide optimal solutions to tenant requests, and implement rational proposals for resolving those issues. ● For requests that cannot be resolved on the spot, you will carefully listen to the details, bring them back to the company, collaborate with specialist staff to derive solutions, and propose them to the tenants. ● You will be involved in the launch of a new facility, but the company already manages two data centers in the surrounding area. Someone already working in another building is performing the same duties as you, so you can rest assured that there is expertise to be gained.
