Job Description ── Job Description ── Becoming the First Partner for Our Clients' "Life in Japan" GTN Agent Prime is not simply a real estate agent that shows properties. For foreign nationals starting their lives in Japan, we become their "first partner for their new life in Japan," accompanying them every step of the way from finding a place to moving in. Client Story (Workflow) Initial Inquiry and Engagement: You connect with clients who inquire through Best-Estate.jp, social media, or referrals via LINE, email, and online meetings. Many clients have strong anxieties such as "I'm worried about signing a contract in Japanese," "I've just arrived in Japan and I'm unfamiliar with the area," or "I'll be rejected because I'm a foreign national." Consultation: You will delve into not only housing needs, but also work, family structure, and future plans, drawing out not just superficial needs, but "what they truly want." Your job is to articulate challenges that clients themselves may not be aware of and work together to create the optimal options. Proposal & Viewing: You will carefully select properties that meet the criteria and foster a sense of satisfaction through online viewings and on-site visits. What sets you apart isn't the "amount of information," but your "ability to fully explain what's best for the client." Screening & Negotiation: You will handle negotiations and application submissions with real estate management companies in Japanese. As the client's advocate, you will secure approval in the most favorable terms. Contract & Move-in: You will provide multilingual support from explanations of initial costs and contract document preparation to utility arrangements. The greatest reward of this job is seeing the client receive the keys and confidently start their new life. After-Sales Service: Post-move-in satisfaction generates future referrals. Excellent agents see a chain reaction of referrals from one client's successful transaction via social media and communities.
