Job Summary
The Energy Division is looking for a service planner to drive the growth of Rakuten Denki and Rakuten Gas. You will be responsible for data-driven project planning, feature improvements, and task management to enhance customer satisfaction. The role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities to learn industry knowledge from experienced managers.

Required Skills
- At least 1 year of professional work experience
- Experience in planning or project improvement

We're hiring! Our revenue is steadily growing, our business has reached a scale of several hundred billion yen, and we're planning further growth. You will be responsible for the growth of our proprietary product, Rakuten Denki (Rakuten Electricity).
### Specific Job Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of projects to improve customer satisfaction: Analyzing the current situation from various data and planning improvements (including new features and services).
- Collaboration with the development team: Checking the development progress of each project and determining development priorities.
- Management of each project: Organizing issues, managing tasks, and schedules.
### Work Environment
- Consumer Services Group.
- Composition: Men and women in their 30s and 40s.
- Experienced managers and senior employees provide training on industry knowledge and work procedures.
### Working Hours
- 9:00 - 17:30 (Flextime system applicable).
- Core time: 11:00 - 15:00 (8:00 - 12:00 on morning meeting days).
### Job Requirements
- Required Qualifications: At least one year of professional work experience; Experience in planning or improvement projects.
- Preferred Qualifications: Business-level English proficiency; Experience in the power industry.
- Language Levels: Minimum Communication Level English (TOEIC 225-470); Native Level Japanese.
