Job Details
── Business Overview ── Caregiving, food service, construction, manufacturing, logistics. Our daily lives are supported by work in these fields. Currently, these fields are facing a serious labor shortage. The decline in the working population due to the low birthrate and aging population is particularly severe in rural areas. "We post job openings, but no one applies" is no longer just a recruitment problem for a single company; it has become a problem for Japanese society as a whole, concerning whether local life and industries can continue. We at GTN Career, as a company that provides recruitment and retention support for foreign talent, primarily those with specified skills, are addressing this challenge. We connect foreigners who want to work in Japan with the workplaces that support society, and our support goes beyond just introduction; we help them to settle down and continue working in their communities. We aim to make the success of foreign talent a force that connects Japanese workplaces to the future.
── Mission ── To meet job seekers from our home country working in Japan, find them suitable jobs, and support them until they receive a job offer. Changing jobs in Japan is not easy, even for Japanese people. This is especially true for foreign talent who don't have anyone to consult with in their native language. You will support each individual's career from start to finish, from meeting job seekers on social media, conducting interviews, proposing to companies, following up on the selection process, and securing job offers. This is a job that translation apps cannot do. Because you come from the same country and have worked in Japan in the same way, job seekers can speak their minds honestly based on your language and experience. That trust creates good matches.
