AI Tech Lead

### [Specific Job Duties] - Design and propose AI solutions based on client business strategies. - Develop new products and design technical architectures using generative AI/LLM. - Optimize existing products by incorporating AI technology. - Improve development processes and build quality control systems. - Promote projects through close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and data scientists. ### [Working Hours] - Scheduled working hours: 08 hours 00 minutes, 60-minute break. - Flextime system: Yes (Core time: No). ### [Job Requirements] - 5+ years of development experience (including web/system development and architecture design). - Experience as an EM/tech lead/CTO/VPoE. - Experience using generative AI (whether for business or personal use). ### [Preferred Qualifications] - LLM/Practical experience in product development and operations using generative AI. - Experience improving business efficiency using AI development tools (Claude, Cline, Devinn, etc.). - Experience starting and expanding an engineering organization. - Experience involved in technical and business strategies. ### [Desired Profile] - Able to select technology in a problem-driven manner. - Willing to entrust all development to AI. - Able to logically solve technical problems and solve business challenges with technology. - Able to respect language and cultural differences and lead multinational teams. - Able to collaborate with diverse team members and value constructive feedback. ### [Language Requirements] - English Level: Fluent (TOEIC 865-) - Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2) ### [Compensation & Benefits] - Monthly Salary: ¥667,000 - ¥1,000,000 (Includes fixed overtime pay). - Bonuses: Reviewed twice a year (May and November). - Holidays: 120 days per year (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, summer vacation, New Year's holiday, paid vacation, and special leave). - Contract Period: Full-time employment.
