Job Summary
This position involves managing domestic and overseas e-commerce operations, including sales strategy planning and KPI management. Responsibilities

- 3+ years e-commerce operation experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Business level Japanese and English/Chinese/Korean.

Job Description
This team operates our own e-commerce site and related sites such as overseas marketplaces. We are continuously making improvements and modifications to our growing e-commerce site with a sense of urgency.
■Domestic Area
- Sales management including operation of our own e-commerce site and sales strategy planning
- Sales and KPI management
- Development of annual/quarterly sales and promotional plans
- New product registration, content addition, and email newsletter distribution
■Overseas Area
- Sales management including operation of our own e-commerce sites and marketplaces in various countries and sales strategy planning
- Annual/quarterly sales strategy planning for our overseas e-commerce sites and marketplaces
- Sales management
- New product registration, content addition, and email newsletter distribution
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9 hours of work and 1 hour break between 6:00 and 22:00
- Friday: 4 hours of work between 6:00 and 13:00
- Monthly variable working hours system
Job Requirements
[Required Qualifications]
- 3+ years of experience operating a company's e-commerce website (both domestic and international)
- Project management experience
- Business level Japanese, Chinese, Korean, or English
[Preferred Skills]
- Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- HTML/CSS coding
Salary and Allowances
- Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 - ¥10,000,000
- Position allowance (¥50,000/month)
- Overtime and Late-night work allowance
- Housing allowance (¥20,000/month)
- Commuting allowance (up to ¥50,000/month)
- Child allowance (¥10,000/month per child)
Holidays and Leave
- Annual holidays: 144.5 days

Training
- For the first month, you will be engaged in store operations at the head office to understand brand values and customer trends.
