### Job Description
This role involves delivering high-quality Japanese cosmetic medicine and hospitality to customers worldwide. You will primarily be responsible for inbound services for overseas patients and overall overseas marketing. We are looking for someone who can support the growth of our global business by honing language skills, customer service, marketing, and planning abilities.
### Main Job Responsibilities (Primarily for Overseas Clients)
- Inquiry & Customer Service: Responding to inquiries from overseas patients (in-person, phone, LINE, chat, etc.) and providing after-sales support.
- Interpretation & Translation: Interpreting between doctors/staff and patients during consultations and treatment explanations, and translating consent forms, explanatory materials, and website content.
- Marketing & Public Relations: Managing overseas social media accounts, planning content, and coordinating and negotiating with overseas agents and partners.
### Working Hours
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (60-minute break)
- Average overtime is around 5 hours per month.
### Job Requirements

- Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Proficiency in Chinese or Korean is a plus
- Experience working as an interpreter or receptionist at a beauty clinic
- Experience in public relations and marketing at a beauty clinic
- Experience dealing with overseas customers or inbound business
- English Level: Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
- Japanese Level: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1)
### Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ¥230,000 - ¥500,000 + Bonus + Incentives
