Job Description: You will participate in projects as an infrastructure builder/designer/operator or PM/PL involved in the implementation of security solutions. Expected duties: - Proposal of our own and third-party products - Product implementation (including secure network design and construction) - Research and verification of the latest security technologies Working Hours: Standard working hours per day: 8 hours Break time: 60 minutes *Full flextime system with no core time *Working hours depend on the project and the work style at the client site. Job Requirements: [Required] * 3+ years of experience in designing and building infrastructure (servers/networks) * JLPT N1 [One of the following is required] * Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) design and construction experience * Security/network product design and construction experience * SIEM (Splunk) design/construction/operation experience * Construction/operation experience of all internal infrastructure as an information systems member [Preferred Skills] * Cloud security proposal and implementation experience * Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) related work experience (e.g., migration from on-premise) * Microsoft solution experience (AD, M365, etc.) * Security/network product proposal and implementation experience * Log analysis and rule formulation experience with Splunk * PM/PL experience * English proficiency (TOEIC 700 or higher) Salary and Benefits: Monthly salary: ¥400,000 and up (basic salary: ¥400,000 and up/month) Allowances: Commuting allowance (paid according to company regulations), overtime allowance (paid separately according to overtime hours) Bonus: Twice a year (equivalent to 2 months of basic salary) Salary increase: Once a year (salary revision) Retirement allowance: None Social insurance: Health insurance, employee pension insurance, employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance Holidays: Annual holidays: 120 days or more ■ Complete two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday) ■ Public holidays off ■ Year-end and New Year holidays ■ Bereavement leave ■ Paid leave (granted upon joining the company) ■ Maternity leave ■ Childcare leave ■ Family care leave Job Contract Period: Full-time employment 3-month probationary period *There is no difference in salary or other benefits during the probationary period.
