【Assigned Department】 ◇Research Department Structure: The Research Department is positioned as an organization directly under the President and has been operated by one person until now. In anticipation of business expansion, we are considering expanding to a two-person team, and with the retirement of the previous person in charge, we are planning to hire two new members. Our operating leases rely on the creditworthiness of the lessee operating company for lease payments and maintenance reserve payments during the lease period. Furthermore, the purchase price of the aircraft upon exercise of the purchase option at the end of the lease also relies on creditworthiness. Therefore, the following investigations are important for understanding the risks from this perspective. Since our lessees are currently 100% overseas operating companies, practical English language skills are also required. 1. Company Research: Investigating the credit risk of the lessee operating company 2. Sovereign Risk Research: Investigating country risk (political and economic) separately from the company research 3.
