Job Summary
You will be responsible for external licensing activities for ATLUS's owned IP, including media development and merchandise planning. This role involves sales, contract negotiations, and strategic expansion of content through licensing partnerships. The position requires professional experience in licensing and strong communication skills to manage diverse media and product projects.

Job Description:
You will be involved in various external licensing activities, including media development such as comics, anime, stage plays, and live performances, as well as the production planning of character goods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work related to the film adaptation of our owned IP (sales, negotiation of terms, contracts, some production work, etc.)
* All aspects of licensing out our owned IP (sales to licensees, contract signing, supervision, etc.)
* Strategic planning for expanding our own content through licensing out
* Supervision of goods, publications, videos, etc.
* Planning, execution, and supervision of other events related to our own IP
* Scope of change: All of our company's operations
Working Hours:
[Core Time] 11:00 - 16:30
[Flexible Time] 8:00 - 11:00, 16:30 - 22:00
[Break Time] 12:30 - 13:30
*Reduced working hours system available for employees with children up to 3rd grade.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the licensing business (licensing in/licensing out) or a similar field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and meeting capability) OR experience as a designer creating product designs for character goods.
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Overtime System: Monthly Salary ¥330,000 - ¥613,000 (Includes 20 hours of fixed overtime pay).
- Expected annual income: ¥5,090,000 - ¥9,400,000 + performance bonuses.
- Overtime exceeding 20 hours is paid separately.
