Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead product feature development, architecture design, and system improvements. The role involves working with a modern stack including TypeScript and Go to enhance B2B and upcoming B2C SaaS platforms. You will collaborate closely with Engineering Managers to drive technical strategy and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead product feature development and lifecycle management
- Define architecture and resolve technical debt
- Collaborate on project management and business process automation
- Provide technical leadership and conduct code reviews
Required Skills
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1)
- Agile/Scrum and Tech Lead experience

### Specific Responsibilities
• Product feature development: requirements definition, design, development, testing, operation, and maintenance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality.
• Architecture conception and technology selection.
• System design with a medium- to long-term perspective and resolution of technical debt.
• Business process improvement and automation.
• Project management in collaboration with the Engineering Manager.
• Overall product development and operation leadership.

### Working Hours

• Experience as a software engineer (equivalent to 3 years)
• Experience in product development with a focus on improving value provided to users
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1)
