Community Specialist Social Media

▼About this position You will be responsible for community management and social media marketing for Roblox game creators overseas, primarily on X and Discord. This position involves clearly communicating event, campaign, and update information to creators, increasing their interest and participation within the community. ▼Job Description 1. Planning and disseminating SNS content: Planning, creating, and disseminating posts, primarily on Discord; creating announcements for events, campaigns, and updates; creating content in English and Japanese for overseas Roblox game creators. 2. Community management and engagement improvement: Supporting the operation of the Discord community; implementing measures to increase interest and participation within the community. 3. Trend research and improvement: Researching Roblox, games, SNS, and GenZ/GenAlpha trends; proposing improvements based on posting results, community data, and user reactions; planning and verifying measures that lead to community growth; sharing insights within the team. 4. Community growth measures: Planning and executing measures to acquire new members; proposing improvements to increase community participation and retention rates; building relationships with creators and supporting their activities within the community. ▼Working Hours • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (including a 60-minute break) • In-office: Monday, Wednesday, Friday • Remote: Tuesday, Thursday • Holidays: Two days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) ▼Job Requirements [Required Qualifications] * Business-level English and Japanese * Regular use of social media platforms such as X, Discord, TikTok, and Instagram * Interest in overseas Gen Z and Gen Alpha culture, social media trends, and the gaming and entertainment sectors * Interest in creator communities [Preferred Qualifications] * Experience managing social media accounts, communities, and content creation on platforms like X and Discord * Experience creating content for overseas users * Knowledge of games, Roblox, UGC, IP, and entertainment * Experience planning and managing social media campaigns and marketing events * Experience using image and video creation tools for social media such as Canva and CapCut ▼Benefits * Full reimbursement of transportation expenses * Comprehensive social insurance * Performance-based incentives * Book purchase subsidy and event participation subsidy * Provision of remote work equipment
