Network Engineer Financial Infrastructure
Job Summary
You will be responsible for the entire IT infrastructure environment, including designing, building, and maintaining network and security systems. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to implement infrastructure that balances stability with flexibility. You will also participate in continuous improvement activities and the integration of new technologies.

You will collaborate with various vendors and internal stakeholders to promote the construction and renewal of an infrastructure foundation that combines stability and flexibility.

- Operational design after system implementation, continuous improvement, and proposal activities
- Coordination and management with vendors/partners
- Gathering, organizing, improving, and proposing requests from internal users
- Considering and verifying new technologies, and planning and proposing implementation standards

■ Job Requirements
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Experience in network design, construction, operation, and maintenance (3 years or more)
[Preferred Skills and Experience]
- Experience with or willingness to learn network automation using Ansible or Python
- Experience in network operation in mission-critical environments
- Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) or Network Specialist certifications
- Experience with or willingness to learn network equipment control using REST APIs
- Experience in customer coordination and vendor control
- Practical experience or willingness to learn about improving observability
- Experience operating Cisco or Arista equipment
- Experience operating Palo Alto or Fortigate firewalls
- Experience operating Cisco ACI, Cisco ASA/Firepower firewalls

- Ability to standardize and design de facto standards
- No aversion to reading English technical documents
- Ability to perform tasks and communicate technically in Japanese (JLPT N3 level or higher)
- Ability to create documents related to IT infrastructure systems
- Ability to think flexibly and adaptably to different situations
