Job Summary
This position focuses on building foundational systems for next-generation financial services using blockchain technology. As an SRE, you will work alongside the Lead to optimize infrastructure reliability, scalability, and availability for Web3 wallet systems. The role involves driving Platform Engineering initiatives while managing Azure AKS environments and CI/CD pipelines.

【Position Overview】
This position is responsible for supporting the construction of foundational systems for financial institutions working on next-generation financial systems (stablecoins, tokenized deposits, digital securities, etc.). Fully leveraging the blockchain technology accumulated through years of R&D, this role will drive system construction projects for next-generation financial services with financial institutions as clients, through requirement definition, design, project management support, and customized development.

In the Web3 wallet system, where production operations are scaling up in earnest, your mission is to serve as the SRE Lead's right-hand partner to push infrastructure reliability, availability, and scalability to their absolute limits. While infrastructure complexity is increasing alongside expanding multi-chain compatibility, you will elegantly solve these challenges through engineering excellence and anchor the core of the on-call rotation, establishing a next-generation infrastructure foundation.
【Responsibilities】
- Infrastructure design, construction, and optimization for Azure AKS environments
- Design and improvement of SLO/SLI monitoring and error budgets
- Enhancement of CI/CD pipelines and promotion of automation
- Participation in on-call rotations and incident management
- Handling infrastructure-related consultations from development teams and driving Platform Engineering initiatives
- Cost optimization and performance tuning
【Requirements】
■ Required
- 5+ years of practical experience as an SRE or infrastructure engineer
- Experience designing and operating Kubernetes (managed clusters) in a production environment
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Helm
- Extensive experience in incident and outage response in a production environment
- Experience building and operating monitoring infrastructure using tools such as Grafana
- Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2)
■ Preferred
- Experience operating blockchain nodes
- Practical experience with Azure environments (AKS, Azure Monitor, etc.)
- Proven track record in SRE for large-scale, high-availability systems
- Experience driving Platform Engineering and improving the developer experience
