Medical Interpreter Chinese Speaker

### Job Description At a high-end beauty clinic in Omotesando providing cutting-edge medical care, you will be responsible for interpretation and general customer service for affluent clients, primarily from Chinese-speaking regions. ### Responsibilities • Interpretation during counseling (medical content, guidance) • Interpretation support during treatment • Translation of medical documents, charts, etc. (Japanese ⇔ Chinese) • Customer service and hospitality, such as greeting and seeing off patients • Other related support tasks ### Working Hours 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1-hour break, 8 hours of actual work) ### Job Requirements [Required Qualifications] * Native-level Chinese proficiency * Business-level Japanese proficiency or higher (JLPT N1 required) * 3+ years of sales experience (any industry; experience in high-value products such as real estate is highly welcome) * Basic PC skills (data entry, aggregation, etc.) * Strong hospitality skills and the ability to provide personalized service to each customer [Preferred Skills and Experience] * Customer service experience in high-end service industries (hotels, airlines, luxury brands, etc.) * Practical experience in medical interpretation, or a strong interest in the medical industry ### Benefits * Fully equipped with social insurance * Full transportation allowance * Temporary-to-Permanent Placement: Become a permanent employee after a maximum of six months.
