Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate sales consulting for Japanese, local, and foreign-affiliated companies
- Hearing about recruitment needs and proposing and matching talent
- Driving projects related to market research, incorporation, and expansion support
- Collaborating with internal and external recruiters and local staff
Working Hours:
- 9:00-18:00 (1 hour break) *For sales positions, direct commute is possible
Job Requirements:
- Native Japanese speaker (mostly in their 20s and 30s)
- Education: No requirement
- Language: Conversational level of English or above
- Experience: No requirement (We value a willingness to take on challenges over experience or skills)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Corporate sales experience
