Job Description You will be assigned tasks ranging from infrastructure system design to construction at client sites, depending on your experience. [Project Examples] * Infrastructure system construction for a major financial institution * Infrastructure system construction for a major manufacturer * We have approximately 600 projects running at any given time, from software to hardware. [Company, Department, and Job Appeal] * Opportunities to be involved in upstream processes are available. * Three career advancement plans are available: Specialist, Management, and Major Manufacturer. * Comprehensive skills training and career support provided. Working Hours * 9:00-17:45 (may vary depending on place of employment) * Overtime: approximately 25 hours per month Job Requirements [Required] - High school graduate or above - 3+ years of experience building infrastructure systems (Server system programming experience or higher required; networking-only experience is not eligible) - Residents of Japan - Able to relocate nationwide in Japan - Foreign nationals with a status-based visa or an Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa and N1 certification [Preferred] - Design and development experience - Cloud development experience - Security experience - PM/PL experience - Experience training junior staff - IT certification Salary & Benefits - Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 - ¥440,000 - Salary Increase: Annual (May) - Bonus: Twice a year (Summer/Winter: 3.2 months' salary) - Expected Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 - ¥8,000,000 - Complete social insurance coverage - Overtime pay, Dependent allowance, Relocation allowance, Homecoming travel allowance - Commuting expenses, Position allowance, Retirement benefits - Dormitory and housing system: Company-rented housing available (half rent covered) - Qualification Acquisition and Exam Fee Subsidy Program Holidays - 2 days off per week (based on client's calendar) - 120 days off per year - Summer vacation, Year-end and New Year's holidays - Paid vacation: 10 to 20 days - Wedding, Mourning, and other special vacations Job Contract Period - Full-time employee - Probationary Period: 6 months (conditions remain unchanged)
