Job Summary
As a Project Manager in the Production Promotion Department, you will oversee asset and content creation for a leading VTuber production company. You will coordinate cross-functional workflows, manage project budgets and resources, and lead team members as a manager or sub-manager. This role acts as a bridge between various creative departments to drive high-quality content production.

### Job Description
In the Production Promotion Department, you will be responsible for project management of asset and content creation. You will be involved in proposing optimal production flows when launching cross-functional projects and managing organizational structure and members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Cross-functional progress management of asset creation.
- Resource and budget management for involved departments.
- Collaboration with progress managers for costume illustration creation.
- Implementation checks, QA management, and release management.
- Alliances with external production companies.
- Troubleshooting for progress and departmental issues.
### Job Requirements
**Required Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience in project management, asset progress management, or planning leadership in industries such as gaming, VTuber, VR/AR/MR, amusement, or B2C web/apps.
- Experience managing team members as a team leader (3 or more people).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to abstractly understand problems.
- PM experience in cross-departmental projects.
- Experience collaborating with external partners and creators.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (vlookup, importrange, sumif, if, etc.).
- Experience using Photoshop, CLIP STUDIO PAINT, Live2D, Maya, or Unity.
- Practical experience with Google Apps Script.
**Language Requirements:**
- English: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860).
- Japanese: Native Level.
### Working Conditions
- Working Hours: 10:00 - 19:00.
