Job Details

■ Overview Cover Corporation is experiencing rapid growth in its IP business, leading to an expansion in transaction volume. To accelerate this momentum, we are currently undergoing a major transformation: updating from individual ordering that leverages the strengths of each business unit to an integrated management system that maximizes company-wide synergies. Therefore, we are establishing a new team within the SCM department to consolidate the "product ordering" function. ■ Job Description You will be responsible for establishing and operating an accurate and rapid purchasing operation system that supports a robust ordering function. * Establishment and operation management of the product ordering center: Consolidate all company-wide product purchasing functions and establish a transparent system. * Proper use of ordering authority: Determine whether transactions are legitimate and establish and enforce ordering rules. * Operation design: Establish and supervise a "three-point agreement" business process from purchase order issuance to acceptance and invoice matching. * Team management: Guidance and management of team members. * Stakeholder negotiation: Bridging the "knowledge and goal priority gap" with each business unit and promoting company-wide rule compliance. ■ Attractiveness of this position: * Become a leading expert in "systematization": Instead of simply following existing rules, you will have the satisfaction of creating company-wide standard rules yourself. * Clear roadmap: First, visualization (Step 1), then ERP implementation (Step 2), and then organizational stabilization (Step 3), linking your own growth with the evolution of the organization. * Deepening of expertise : Beyond simple purchasing administration, you can hone highly marketable expertise in areas such as internal control, governance, and IT system implementation. ■ Desired Candidate Profile * Those who resonate with our MISSION/VALUE * Those who can always explain things clearly * Those who value teamwork * Those who can think proactively and take initiative * Those who are honest and sincere, and can diligently handle even menial and detailed tasks * Those who value communication both inside and outside the company while working ■ Job Requirements [Required Qualifications] * Experience in process management in the purchasing department of a trading company, retailer, manufacturer, etc. * Experience in purchasing management using an ERP purchasing module or a purchasing management system with inventory management. * Experience in business process improvement in purchasing and ordering. [Preferred Qualifications] * Team management experience * Project management experience involving diverse stakeholders * Experience in implementing ERP (purchasing module, etc.) and purchasing management systems * Knowledge of the Act on Proper Transactions of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises * Knowledge of cost accounting for pricing and profit management * Basic knowledge of internal controls (J-SOX compliance, etc.)
