Sales Representative Taiwan Subsidiary

■ Job Description ・Lead Generation & Opportunity Creation: Developing prospective customers (Taiwanese local companies) through exhibition participation, partner referrals, and outbound activities (telemarketing, direct mail, etc.) ・Sales Process Execution: Implementing the entire process from understanding customer challenges, proposing solutions (Translead CRM), to closing the deal ・Customer Follow-up & Upselling: Collaborating with the Customer Success (CS) team to support post-implementation adoption and provide additional proposals (upselling) ■ Working Hours • Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM * Flexible working hours available depending on the time difference with the assigned country/region. ■ Job Requirements [Required Skills and Qualifications] * Bachelor's degree or higher * 2+ years of experience in corporate or individual sales * Ability to travel within Taiwan * Valid driver's license * Japanese language proficiency (conversational level or higher) [Preferred Skills and Qualifications] * Experience negotiating with enterprises * Experience selling SaaS products * Experience using CRM tools ■ Salary & Benefits - Monthly salary: 50,000 RMB - 160,000 RMB - Salary increase/bonus: Yes (twice a year) - National Health Insurance - Labor Insurance - Employee Retirement Allowance - Commuting allowance / Business trip allowance provided ■ Company-provided devices - Laptop - Business smartphone - External monitor - Employee Stock Purchase System ■ Holidays and Leave - Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday every week, and public holidays) - National holidays based on Taiwan's Labor Standards Act - Other special leave designated by the company ■ Job Contract Period Full-time employee Probationary period: 3 months (no change in conditions during the probationary period)
