Job Summary
The Sales Representative will provide real estate brokerage services, specifically proposing housing and dormitories to foreign nationals and companies. This role involves managing contract documentation, handling customer inquiries, and executing social media marketing to attract new clients. You will assist clients with relocation support and coordinate essential services to ensure a smooth transition.

① Real Estate Brokerage Services
• This job involves proposing housing (company housing/dormitories) to foreign national clients and companies/universities that employ foreign nationals.
• This includes introducing and proposing housing options to those who inquire, preparing contract documents, and handling customer inquiries.
② Customer Acquisition Services
• This job involves using social media to disseminate information to foreign nationals looking for housing in Japan and attracting customers.
• Furthermore, this involves researching recruitment agencies that introduce foreign nationals to confirm their needs for housing.
• No cold calling!
Working Hours
• Working hours: 09:30 - 18:30
• Scheduled working hours: 8 hours
• Break time: 1 hour
• Overtime hours: Approximately 10 hours per month on average
Job Requirements
• Japanese: N1 level or higher
• English: Business level or higher
• At least one year of sales experience in Japan
Salary Details
[Monthly Salary Breakdown]
• Base Salary: ¥171,000 - ¥211,000
• Job Allowance: ¥48,000 - ¥72,000
• Fixed Overtime Allowance: ¥46,000 - ¥58,000 (20 hours of fixed overtime per month; any overtime exceeding this will be paid separately)
• Transportation Expenses: Actual expenses reimbursed (up to ¥30,000 per month)
