Job Description: After training on cosmetics, skincare fundamentals, our company's products, and customer service, you will handle inquiries from customers in Taiwan. At our company, we call the staff handling these inquiries "Pleasers." Upon joining the company, all new employees will undergo training across all job categories. After training, you will learn to empathize with customers through phone, chat, and email communication. As you grow, you will also be involved in training junior staff, expanding your scope of work. (This will primarily involve handling phone calls from customers in Hong Kong.) Career Path: You can choose to dedicate yourself to mastering the role of a Pleaser, focusing entirely on customer service, or you can develop management skills and advance to become a trainer or manager responsible for developing and managing people. Working Hours: 10:00-19:00 (1-hour break) or 13:00-22:00 (1-hour break) - shift system.
