＜Main Duties＞ ・Web page design ・Coding ・Ad & banner creation ・Social media post creation ・Presentations and pamphlet creation ＜Working Hours＞ Shift schedule: rotational, with Sundays always off. Schedules are provided monthly. Standard working hours: 9:15 AM - 6:15 PM (8 working hours / 1 hour break) Flextime available: start work anytime between 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM, with up to 2 hours of break time per day. *Standard working hours apply during the initial training period (approx. 2 months). ＜Job Requirements＞ 【Must-Have Skills】 ・Native or business-level Japanese proficiency ・Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+) ・3-5 years of experience as a web designer (Must submit a portfolio showcasing site & banner design) ・HTML and CSS proficiency ・Basic knowledge of JavaScript ・Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (or Adobe XD) 【Preferred Skills】 ・Familiarity with Shopify, ColorMe, Hubspot, Ochanoko, or EC-CUBE 【Personality & Competencies】 ・Bilingual Communication: Capable of handling internal English communication and Japanese client relations. ・Versatility & Flexibility: Able to adapt to diverse client needs ranging from web design to front-end coding. ・Collaboration & Coordination: Ability to balance individual projects while working with cross-functional production teams. ・Detail-Oriented Execution: Committed to clean code, consistent design, and meeting project deadlines. ＜Salary & Allowances＞ ・Monthly salary: 300,000 JPY (Based on experience) ・Bonus: Twice a year (June and December) ・Salary evaluation: Once a year ・Probationary period: 3 months ・Allowances: Overtime (paid by minute), Transportation allowance (up to 30,000 JPY/month) ＜Benefits＞ ・Complete social insurance, business casual dress code, training system, Japanese/English lessons, in-house club activities, and monthly company events. ＜Holidays＞ ・5-day workweek (Shift Schedule), New Year holiday (4 days), Paid leave (26 days in year 1), Congratulatory/condolence, Maternity/paternity, Child care, and personal leave.
