Semiconductor Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a technical sales representative to handle semiconductor polishing materials for domestic and international clients. The role involves understanding customer technical challenges, proposing optimal abrasive solutions, and collaborating with global partners. The position begins with a 3 to 6-month training period at our Ehime factory before transitioning to our Tokyo headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical sales activities for domestic and global clients
- Identify customer processing needs and provide product solutions
- Support advanced production sectors (semiconductors, LCDs, HDDs)
- Undergo specialized training at the Ehime manufacturing site
Required Skills
- 1-3 years of sales or technical experience
- Native Taiwanese Mandarin proficiency
- Japanese N1 level proficiency
- Experience in manufacturing or electronic components industry

Job Description:
In our abrasives business, you will be responsible for sales activities, including technical support, to domestic and international customers. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
* Sales activities, including technical support, to major domestic and international clients.
* Proposing and handling abrasives used in advanced products such as smartphones, semiconductors, LCDs, and HDDs.
* Hearing customers' processing needs and technical challenges, and proposing the most suitable products.
* You will receive training at our factory in Ehime Prefecture for approximately 3 to 6 months, after which you will work as a technical sales representative in Tokyo.
Working Hours:
* [Tokyo Head Office] 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM
* [Each Branch Office] 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (According to each branch office's work regulations)
Job Requirements:

* Taiwanese Mandarin: Native level
* Japanese: N1 level

Salary Description:
* Annual Salary: ¥4,500,000 - ¥7,000,000
* This is only an estimate as it depends on company performance and individual performance.
* Bonus paid twice a year
