Mechanical Design Development Engineer
Job Summary
This position involves the design and development of new products and systems across various industries including automotive, robotics, and medical equipment. The role offers structured training for those without experience and opportunities for experienced professionals to work on cutting-edge technologies. You will be placed at major client research institutes and development centers, primarily in metropolitan areas.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop next-generation automotive systems (EV, FCV, autonomous driving)
- Develop robotics, medical equipment, and semiconductor manufacturing machinery
- Conduct system studies and upstream mechanical design processes
Required Skills
- Degree in Physics, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in mechanical drafting and descriptive geometry
- Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent for foreign nationals)
- Minimum 1 year of design/development experience for experienced track

└Research and development of next-generation FCVs, EVs, and PHEVs
└Development of high-voltage batteries and high-efficiency motors
└Development of kinetic and thermal energy regeneration systems
└Research and development of autonomous driving (Level IV and V) and safe driving support systems
└System study and design and development of next-generation sensing technologies
└Development of infrastructure accompanying the spread of these technologies
└Other design and development of engines, chassis, suspension, steering, etc.
■Design of robots, production equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, etc.
■Design of medical equipment and home appliances
■Development of aircraft and space-related equipment
■Other design and development of control equipment, information and communication equipment, electronic components, etc.
[Working Hours]
Working hours: 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM (8 hours of scheduled work, 45-minute break) *May vary depending on the client company.
[Compensation]
Expected Annual Income: ¥4,000,000 - ¥5,200,000
*Overtime pay is paid separately in full. No unpaid overtime.
