### Job Description This position involves consistently leading the implementation of solutions utilizing LLM and generative AI, from requirements definition to operation. As a "bridge between technology and customers," you will play an active role in both project management and AI solution design, guiding client companies to successful AI utilization. ### Specific Job Responsibilities - Development and promotion of delivery plans. - Leading client companies' AI implementation projects consistently, from requirements definition to operation. - Driving projects while developing roadmaps, managing scope, and controlling QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery). - Designing solutions utilizing LLM / RAG / Generative AI. - Translating customer business challenges into technical requirements and supporting from PoC to production deployment. - Building consensus with customer management and on-site personnel. - Driving projects in collaboration with sales, engineers, and CS. - Explaining technical details in a way that is understandable to non-technical individuals. - Monitoring KPIs and implementing post-implementation improvement measures. - Driving data-driven strategies to maximize the results of AI utilization. ### Working Hours - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break; overtime work may be required). - Flextime system (core time 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM). - Discretionary work arrangements apply to employees above a certain grade level. ### Job Requirements - Candidates must have experience in one of the following: - 3+ years of project management experience from requirements definition to implementation (B2B negotiation at an SIer or IT consulting firm). - 2+ years of experience in AI or SaaS product implementation projects (involvement in the generative AI implementation phase). - 3+ years of experience as a technical consultant/field engineer (experience proposing AI solutions to customers). - Customer negotiation skills in Japanese. - Project goal design and schedule management skills. - Practical experience in QCD management. ### Preferred Skills - LLM / RAG / Project experience utilizing generative AI. - Experience from PoC to full-scale implementation. - Engineering experience with Python, etc. - Customer success experience. - Technical presentation experience. ### Language Requirements - English: Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730). - Japanese: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2). ### Compensation & Benefits - Annual Salary: 7,020,000 - 12,000,000 yen (determined based on experience). - Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours. - Commuting allowance, social insurance, health checkup coverage, life and health support leave, and child support systems.
