Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Car Service Staff to join Asia's first members-only driving club in Chiba. This role focuses on the maintenance of sports and racing cars, including pre-race checks and general vehicle upkeep. You will work in a sophisticated, newly built resort environment alongside a team of fellow car enthusiasts.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-race vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Maintain stored sports and racing cars
- Manage workshop equipment and tools
- Operate cleaning vehicles and tow trucks
- Assist with parts purchasing and front-desk tasks
Required Skills
- Valid Mechanic's license
- Japanese Driver's license
- Valid Working Visa for Japan
- Native Japanese proficiency
- Conversational English skills
Job Details
Specific Duties:
1. Pre-race maintenance for track vehicles: Check for oil leaks, tire pressure, install measuring instruments, apply stickers, etc.
2. Maintenance of stored vehicles (sports cars and racing cars): Battery inspections, tire changes, brake pad replacement, etc.
3. Equipment and tool maintenance: Maintain shared equipment and tools.
4. Move vehicles within the facility and maintain work vehicles.
5. Drive and operate cleaning vehicles and tow trucks.
6. Purchasing parts and gasoline, and front-desk service duties (depending on experience and aptitude).
Job Requirements:

- Car enthusiast, interested in sports cars
- Ability to collaborate with other staff members and steadily complete routine tasks
- Ability to commute by car or live and work near the workplace
- Driver's license for Japan
- Working Visa for Japan

- Dealership maintenance experience preferred
- Front-desk service experience preferred
- English Level: Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730)
- Japanese Level: Native Level
Working Hours:
- Shift system: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
