Job Summary
The Housekeeper Inspection role ensures high-quality room standards at the ANA InterContinental Beppu Resort & Spa. Key duties include conducting final room inspections, managing laundry services, and overseeing amenity inventory. The position requires a candidate with strong communication skills and bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.

Job Details
Job Description:
- Maintain the quality and condition of guest rooms to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Perform final inspections after room cleaning.
- Receive and return laundry service.
- Perform turndown service.
- Handle service orders.
- Manage inventory of guest room amenities and glassware.
- Report necessary guest room repairs and maintenance.
Working Hours:
- Two-day weekend shift system (8 hours of actual work)
- Shift examples: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, and other multiple shifts available.
Job Requirements:
- Basic PC skills/Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate smoothly with colleagues.
- Ability to serve customers in Japanese (Business Level) and English (Daily Conversation Level).
- Business-level English, Chinese, and Korean proficiency are welcome.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: ¥240,000 - ¥260,000 (Preferential treatment based on experience).
