Job Summary
The role involves driving new business development and supporting existing customers for the "Zmeen" drawing management SaaS in the Philippines. You will conduct field sales and online meetings targeting local manufacturing companies. This position requires regular business travel to the Philippines and proactive management of client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Execute new business development in the Philippine market
- Conduct field sales and online meetings with manufacturing clients
- Support existing customer adoption and utilization of SaaS

- Business-level Japanese and English
- Conversational Tagalog proficiency

◼︎ Sales of the drawing management SaaS "Zmeen"
- New business development targeting local companies in the Philippines.
- Making phone calls, scheduling meetings, conducting online meetings.
- Field sales to manufacturing companies (factories, parts manufacturers, etc.).
◼︎ Existing customer support
- Follow-up with existing customers.
- Promoting utilization and supporting adoption.
- Building long-term relationships and gathering feedback on challenges.
Working Hours
• Flexible working hours (standard working hours: 8 hours per day)
• Core time: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Job Requirements
* Must possess a valid residence status in Japan.
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* At least 2 years of sales experience (regardless of product).
* Business-level communication in Japanese and English / conversational or higher in Tagalog.
* Ability to travel to the Philippines for business (approximately 2 weeks per month).
* Knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
* Experience in SaaS sales.
