Job Summary
This position involves conducting overseas sales activities targeting Southeast Asian markets, specifically Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines. You will leverage your native Thai language skills to engage with overseas agents and acquire new clients. The role offers a highly competitive, performance-based incentive structure.

Job Details
Job Description: This company will allow you to fully utilize your skills, including interacting with overseas agents in Southeast Asia and other regions, and approaching clients in your home country or other locations where you are proficient in your language and location. We will be focusing particularly on Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines!
Working Hours: 10:00 - 19:00
Job Requirements:
- Sales experience of 2 years or more
- Native level Thai
- Business level or higher in Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
Salary Details:
- ¥3,000,000 and up
- No bonus
- Generous performance-based compensation (incentive):
- ¥500,000 to less than ¥1,000,000: 20%
- ¥1,000,000 to less than ¥2,000,000: 30%
- ¥2,000,000 to less than ¥3,000,000: 40%
- ¥3,000,000 or more: 50%
Holidays: Weekends are off. Longer vacations, such as for returning to home country, can be easily taken upon consultation.
Job Contract Period: Full-time employment (permanent employment)
