This position involves serving as a Bilingual IT Infrastructure Engineer providing user support and troubleshooting. Job Details

■ Job Description Bilingual (Japanese and English) IT Infrastructure Engineer. You will handle user inquiries and troubleshooting in both Japanese and English. By facilitating smooth communication with clients and responding quickly and courteously to inquiries and requests, you will contribute to improving users' operational efficiency.
