Job Description
■ Why This Position is Needed
This company is a technology company that has created business value through AI and data. Having supported over 2,500 companies, the next challenge that has emerged is the "last mile"—integrating AI into on-site operations. Model performance has improved, and data infrastructure is in place. However, the biggest reason why AI implementation doesn't yield results is the lack of people to bridge the gap between technology and on-site operations. The FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) position involves deeply immersing oneself in the customer's environment, defining problems, solving them with technology, and seeing the implementation through to business integration.
■ Your Mission
The FDE's mission is to enter the customer's environment and integrate AI solutions into operations as something "working"—not just leaving it as a concept, but seeing it through to on-site implementation.
1. Identifying On-Site and Business Challenges: We engage with diverse stakeholders, including LoBs and IT departments, and define "questions that should be solved with AI" based on the context of operations and business logic.
2. Rapidly Creating Prototypes to Advance Customer Decision-Making: We utilize AI coding tools to quickly bring ideas to life during discussions.
3. Implementing in the Field: We overcome constraints such as security, existing system integration, operational structures, and user literacy, and connect prototypes to actual operation.
