Sales Operations Specialist

【Job Responsibilities】 1. Event Preparation Logistics ・Creating and updating web pages using WordPress based on requests from the sales team, and ensuring integration with CRM systems. ・Preparing necessary event materials (communicating with lecturers, updating PowerPoint slides, preparing printed materials, etc.). 2. Event Day Operations ・Setting up and clearing out events held at the Tokyo campus. ・Managing reception and welcoming business professionals to the events. 3. CRM System Management ・Sorting and assigning inquiry emails to the appropriate team members. ・Responding to basic customer inquiries via email. ・Managing data operations within the CRM system. ・Maintaining flexible communication with team members regarding the above tasks. 4. Operations and Accounting Management ・Invoice management and submitting payment requests through the system. ・Regularly updating and maintaining the team budget management sheet. ・Other various tasks as they arise on an ad-hoc basis. 【Job Requirements】 ・3+ years of experience in sales operations ・Available to work weekday evenings for events (approximately 1–2 times per month). ・Business-level English proficiency. ・Have a mindset and attitude toward using AI to improve productivity and work quality ・Have a strong interest in GLOBIS business and GLOBIS WAY ・Native English or equivalent, and JLPT N3 or equivalent
