Job Details
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in software development or system engineering (embedded systems preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in team or technical project management.
• Strong proficiency in C programming for embedded environments.
• Japanese language skills at Fluent level.
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Automotive industry experience (especially BMS or embedded software systems).
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), and automotive cybersecurity standards.
• Basic proficiency in English for internal/global communication.
• Experience working in a multinational or multicultural environment.
