Position Details
- Evaluate and analyse overuse and underuse of system resources, identify issues, plan and implement improvements, promote system design in accordance with SLA-compliant service levels, enhance monitoring, automate operational tasks, and modernize systems through coding.
- Manage the operations team, and plan and promote system operation strategies.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Implement container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and optimize system performance.
- Handle incidents and implement post-incident improvements.
- Develop and introduce automation tools for operational tasks.
- Collaborate with backend and mobile developers, overseas members, maintenance and operation staff of other services, and members of other departments.
Work Approach:
- Management and execution of each phase from requirements definition to development, testing, and deployment related to SRE tasks.
- Continuous improvement and minor bug fixes released through the agile development process.
- Skill enhancement through team training.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 2+ years of practical experience as an SRE.
- Experience in designing and operating SLO/SLI.
- Experience in Docker and Kubernetes environments.
- Experience in CI/CD development and operation.
- Experience in operating and maintaining cloud environments and large-scale systems.
- Ability to build teams and promote projects.
- Business level Japanese.

- English: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860).
- Japanese: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2).
