Job Description
- An overseas sales position covering Greater China and Southeast Asia for a global company that develops, manufactures, and sells soldering-related electronic materials.
- You will be primarily responsible for controlling, managing, and following up on local branches and agencies, as well as accompanying agency representatives to local business partners to provide technical support and develop new customers.

Working Hours
- 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (scheduled work hours: 7.5 hours)
- 60-minute break, overtime: Yes (fixed overtime pay: 4.0 hours/month)
Job Requirements
- Japanese: Native-level
- Chinese: Near-native
- English: Business-level (TOEIC score 600 or above)
- Experience working for a Japanese company (understanding of Japanese business practices)

[Salary]
- Monthly salary: ¥210,000-¥270,000 (base salary ¥200,000-¥260,000), fixed overtime: ¥10,000+/month
- Bonus: Twice a year (5.6 months' worth last year)
- Allowances: Commuting allowance (paid based on company policy), family allowance, overtime pay (fixed overtime pay system, excess paid separately)
- Trial period: 3 months (overtime pay during training is not fixed, but is linked to overtime work)
