Junior Sales Engineer

Job Details
TASKS
- Support the sales team in managing and developing customer accounts in Japan
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and basic technical coordination (with support from FAEs)
- Maintain and update CRM and sales-related documentation
- Support distributor communication and follow-up activities
- Assist with exhibitions, customer visits, and sales presentations
- Gradually develop product knowledge and sales responsibility
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or equivalent education in engineering, electronics, business, or a related field
- 1–5 years of professional experience (sales, technical support, or customer-facing roles)
- Interest in electronics and power supply products
- Japanese native level and basic to intermediate English (spoken; email support is sufficient at the beginning)
- Willingness to learn technical products and sales processes
- Proactive, communicative, and reliable working style
- Ability to work well in a small, international team environment
