Job Description: This position involves supporting Indonesian individuals who wish to work in Japan as a career advisor. [Specific duties] * Attracting job seekers and disseminating information using social media such as TikTok and Instagram * Planning and creating content (videos, images, text) * Conducting interviews and career counseling with Indonesians who wish to work in Japan * Hearing job seekers' desired conditions and experience, and introducing them to suitable job openings * Attending company interviews and providing interpretation and translation to the hiring company * Providing advice for interviews and support on Japanese business etiquette [Future responsibilities] Becoming a career advisor is not the goal, but the starting line. We have a track record of promotions from CA to manager and head of the Indonesian branch, and there is no limit to your career advancement depending on your abilities. * CA Team Leader/Manager: Responsible for member development and KPI management, maximizing overall team performance. * Indonesia Business Head: Overseeing the entire Indonesian business from strategy planning to execution. * Local Japanese Language School Management: Involved in the operation of our own Japanese language school in Bandung, Indonesia. * New Business Launch: Real estate, media, and education for foreigners. [Required Qualifications] * Basic PC skills (typing, spreadsheet usage, etc.) * Japanese conversational ability equivalent to JLPT N1 * Native-level Indonesian language proficiency * Bachelor's degree from a four-year university (or equivalent academic background) * Possession of a valid work visa or eligibility to obtain one [Preferred Qualifications] * Practical experience in the recruitment/human resources industry * Experience working at a startup * Experience living in Japan * Basic knowledge of the Specified Skills Visa and Japanese residence statuses * Experience in SNS marketing [Working Hours] * Fixed working hours: Weekdays 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours work, 1 hour break per day) [Holidays] * Complete two-day weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) * More than 120 days of annual leave * Summer, Year-end, and New Year holidays * Annual paid leave granted after 6 months of employment [Employment Details] * Contract Type: Full-time employee (no fixed term) * Probationary period: 3 months
