[Job Description] We are looking for someone to handle all aspects of accounting at a general trading company supporting infrastructure in the South Pacific islands. This is an environment where you can proactively and autonomously engage in work, going beyond simple routine tasks. ① Daily Tasks: - Confirmation of domestic and international remittances, verification of bank information (approximately 30 transactions per week, about 20% of which are international remittances) - Creation of journal entries (verification against invoices, approximately 300 entries per month) - Handling other accounting-related inquiries ② Monthly Tasks: - Confirmation of sales and purchase summaries, confirmation of accounts payable - Confirmation of account details, confirmation of cash and bank statements - Creation of bank balance statements (guarantees, forward exchange contracts, loans, etc.) ③ Closing Operations: - Assistance with monthly closing, interim closing, and annual closing operations.
