Public Relations Media Representative

### Job Description Our company, which operates a diverse range of businesses including merchandise development utilizing popular IPs such as anime, manga, and games, pop-up events, online exhibitions, and cafes, is seeking a member to handle media development and PR to respond to public demand. This is a highly autonomous role where you will independently consider and execute strategies for maximizing brand awareness by targeting specific businesses and media outlets, and responding to external inquiries as the "face of the company." - Proofreading external press materials. Establishing style guides. - Media liaison. Handling inquiries from external media and coordinating interviews. - Proactive awareness expansion strategies. (Media promotion and strategy proposals for all businesses) - Planning, writing, and distributing press releases tailored to the characteristics of each business. - Supervision and regulation confirmation with copyright holders (IP holders). - Building relationships with media professionals (journalists and editors) from scratch. - Confirming media coverage after release distribution and reporting internally. - Analyzing fan engagement and reactions on social media (social listening). - Risk monitoring and rapid drafting of official statements in the event of trouble. - Basic information updates on the corporate website. ### Job Appeal - With a diverse portfolio of businesses including merchandise (products), cafes/POPUPs (real-world), and online exhibitions (digital), you can plan diverse PR methods for a wide range of media. - Rather than passively handling inquiries, you can proactively propose other businesses in response to a single media request, expanding exposure many times over. - This is an important position where you can experience both the moment your PR efforts spread awareness and the satisfaction of appropriately handling the response and transforming it into trust in the company. - You can hone your global perspective as you are involved not only in domestic but also overseas markets. ### Working Conditions - Flextime System (Standard working hours: 8 hours per day) - Core time: 11:00 - 15:00 - Typical work example: 10:00 - 19:00 (60-minute break) - Complete two-day weekend system / over 120 days of annual leave. - Freedom of dress code, hairstyle, and nails. - Remote work is possible depending on medical appointments, childcare, etc. ### Job Requirements **Required Conditions** - Strong interest in entertainment and IP, and practical experience in one of the following: - Public relations/PR experience (ability to proactively approach and handle media relations) - Editing/journalism experience (interviewing/writing skills, media network) **Preferred Conditions** - Experience in corporate planning/sales/proposal sales - Experience in the entertainment industry (games, anime production, etc.) - Knowledge of data analysis and crisis management public relations **Candidate Profile** - Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to develop new business opportunities - Ability to write logically and communicate accurately with internal and external parties - Passionate about entertainment culture (anime, games, VTubers, 2.5D, idols) ### Compensation & Benefits - Annual Salary: ¥3,500,000 - ¥5,000,000 - Salary Increase: Once a year - Full Commuting Allowance (up to ¥30,000 per month) - Comprehensive Social Insurance - Paid leave and various special leaves (maternity, childcare, family care, etc.)
