Job Description Deliver world-class hospitality to global UHNW members at Asia’s most exclusive private driving club. Operated by the Cornes Group, this role offers a unique opportunity to provide bespoke "Omotenashi" in a stunning, high-end resort setting. Responsibilities: ■Provide 5-star hospitality and personalized activity planning for VIP members. ■Manage international inquiries and onsite guest relations. ■Coordinate with internal teams (Dining, Racing, Hotel) for seamless service. Working Hours Shift system: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour break). Working from home is generally not permitted. Job Requirements Requirements: English: Fluent / Native level. Japanese: Fluent level. Driver's License for Japan: Required (Car commuting is essential). Working Visa for Japan: Required Experience: Hospitality/Luxury service background preferred. Salary & Perks Annual: 3.5M – 5.0M JPY + Overtime pay. Housing: Up to 50k JPY monthly subsidy. Moving: 250k JPY one-time relocation bonus. Vacation: 105 days/year + 14 days Paid Leave (from Year 1). Perks: Company car provided, fuel allowance, and ¥500 chef-made lunch. Holidays 105 days of annual leave Two days off per week (shift system) *Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included. *No summer or New Year's holidays. Annual paid vacation: 1st year: 14 days, 2nd year: 14 days, 3rd year and beyond: 20 days.
